Comic PDFs are available as one-time purchases in US dollars through PayPal, with downloads after payment is confirmed. Review the seller, delivery and 14-day refund terms below. Subscriptions remain in preparation.

Each purchase page shows the language, PDF count, included pages, total US dollar price and refund terms. A bilingual edition contains the same content as its two single-language editions.
After payment is confirmed, return to this website and download each included PDF. There is no recurring charge for a comic purchase.

One-time comic purchases through PayPal
- Price and quantity
- Prices are in US dollars. A purchase is one selected edition or set, quantity 1. Single-language episodes are US$2.99; bilingual episodes US$4.49; story collections and 100-character word-comic collections US$14.99 per language, or US$22.99 per bilingual collection. The selected purchase page shows its exact total and included PDFs.
- Total and additional charges
- The displayed US dollar amount is the total WILESTARS charges for that purchase. There is no shipping charge or recurring payment. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges under its own terms; check those on PayPal before confirming.
- Payment timing and method
- Payment is made through PayPal when you confirm the one-time purchase there. Available payment methods are shown by PayPal and may depend on your account or country. WILESTARS does not collect your card number or PayPal password.
- Delivery and access
- The PDFs become available on this website after the payment is confirmed as completed. Return from PayPal to the download page and save every included PDF to your device. A pending or unsuccessful payment does not unlock downloads. If a completed payment does not provide your files, contact us with the order reference; please do not purchase again.
- Software and browser
- You need an internet connection, a browser that allows the necessary purchase-session cookie, and a PDF reader. Returning to the download page requires the same browser and its purchase cookie. Once saved, the PDFs can be read on your device without signing in to WILESTARS.
- Offer period
- No specific order deadline is currently set for these comic PDF offers. Any future deadline or changed offer will be shown before a new order.

14-day refunds for direct comic purchases
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchasing a comic PDF through this website’s PayPal checkout, including after downloading it.
Email wilestars.outreach@outlook.com within that period with the product name, order reference or PayPal receipt reference, and purchase date. No particular reason is required. You do not need to telephone or create a note account.
Refunds are handled by the seller through PayPal to the original payment method. They are not automatic when you send an email; payment-provider processing times may vary. Refunding the payment stops further access to the download links. It cannot remotely remove a PDF already saved on your device.
Before confirming payment on PayPal, you can leave checkout and return to the shop to choose a different edition. If you have already paid, use the refund process rather than placing another order.
File defects, non-delivery and duplicate charges can also be reported to the same address. This 14-day offer does not limit any longer or other mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
For an existing note purchase, the conditions shown on that listing and note’s applicable process continue to apply. Subscriptions are not offered through this comic checkout and remain in preparation.

The 14-day refund offer applies to direct PayPal comic PDF purchases. It does not change an existing note purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
