Privacy: website use & purchases
The purchase flow uses PayPal to process payments and private Cloudflare storage to deliver purchased PDFs. Card details and PayPal passwords are entered on PayPal, not on this website.
Order and delivery records
For an order, the server records a random order reference, product, amount, currency, PayPal order and capture references, payment status and timestamps. It also stores a hash of a random purchase-session cookie, so another browser cannot obtain the files merely by copying an order URL.
The necessary wil_purchase cookie lasts up to one year unless you remove it. It is restricted to the purchase API, uses Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax settings, and is not an advertising cookie. Clearing it or changing browser can prevent access to the download page. Download and save your PDFs after purchase; contact us with your receipt if access fails.
Request-rate limits use a hash derived from the connecting address or purchase session. The commerce application does not store the raw IP address, card number, PayPal password or My Number in its order tables. PayPal and Cloudflare also process data under their own policies.
Support correspondence
If you email us for support, the seller receives the address and information you choose to include and uses it to answer your request, handle the order or refund, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Purchase enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing emails. Do not send passwords, card numbers or authentication codes.

Optional website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Google processes page navigation, content categories, the Japanese/English site version, referral sources, device/browser information and random cookie identifiers to help us improve the website. Advertising features are not enabled. Our analytics events do not include names, email addresses, form answers, order references or authentication parameters.
The Google Analytics tag is not loaded before consent or after you choose “Decline”. We save your choice in this browser for 180 days. Use “Analytics settings” at the bottom of a page to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops subsequent analytics transmission and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies. Declining does not affect access to the works or purchases.
The existing Cloudflare Web Analytics and temporary-ID D1 usage records are handled separately. Analytics does not cover every visit: consent choices, blocking and collection failures can create gaps. Viewing a page or scrolling does not establish reading, learning or a completed purchase.
